Version NDA-2026-10 · Testing phase

Platform Notice — please read

Version PN-2026-10e

Sow is not a bank. Sow Technologies Ltd and its affiliates ("Sow") are technology companies. Sow is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, lender, money transmitter, payment institution or investment firm, and is not licensed or regulated as one in any country. Money shown in a Sow wallet or account is not a bank deposit and is not protected by any deposit insurance or guarantee scheme (for example the NDIC in Nigeria, the FSCS in the United Kingdom or the FDIC in the United States).

Services are provided through licensed partners. Financial services available through Sow — including cash advances and early access to receivables, wallets and the custody of funds or stablecoins, cards, and the collection, conversion or transmission of money — are provided by independent, appropriately licensed third-party partners under their own terms, licences and regulatory supervision. Sow's role is to operate the technology platform, to aggregate and analyse your earnings data with your consent, and to calculate your Sow Credit Score. Any decision to offer you an advance or other financing is made by the licensed partner, not by Sow. Where you use a partner's service you may be asked to accept that partner's terms, and the partner may carry out its own identity, sanctions and eligibility checks.

Creators worldwide. Sow is offered to creators in many countries. The availability of particular features — bank connection, USD accounts, cards, advances — depends on where you live and on our partners' coverage, and some features may not be available in your country. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax on your earnings. Nothing in Sow is an offer to provide financial services in any place where doing so would be unlawful without a licence.

Which Sow entity you deal with. Sow is a group of companies: Sow Technologies Inc. (Delaware, USA; registered office 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713; registered agent Legalinc Corporate Services Inc.), Sow Technologies Ltd (United Kingdom), and Kimanimoore IMEX Ltd (Nigeria), which trades as Sow and is in the process of changing its name to Sow Technologies Ltd. During the current testing phase you contract with Kimanimoore IMEX Ltd (Nigeria), trading as Sow, and the Creator Confidentiality Agreement is governed by Nigerian law as set out in its clause 9. Sow may in future contract with you through the Sow company for your region; we will tell you in advance and ask you to accept the updated terms.

Your Sow Credit Score. The Sow Credit Score is an information tool built from data you provide or allow us to access. It is not a credit-reference-agency score, it is not financial advice, and it does not guarantee any advance, limit, rate or approval.

Testing phase. Sow is being tested. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors, and balances or scores may be delayed. Please do not rely on Sow for time-critical payments during testing. Tell us about any problem at info@sowfintech.com. During testing, withdrawals to naira are processed manually by Sow after you approve the transfer from your wallet. Payouts are only made to accounts in the name on your verified ID.
